We are currently seeking a part time office admin at our corporate office to assist with general office duties during the busiest times of the day.
Duties will include assisting the Title Clerk with locating and filing titles after the sale of a vehicle.
Filing and verifying paperwork from the dealerships are correct and brought up in a timely manner.
Answer phones and give excellent customer service.
Take payments or assist customers when they come into the facility.
Work with the President/Owner or VP's with important documents or compliance.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Professional Dress and Attitude at all times.
High School Diploma or GED.
Reliable and Dependable.
We are open Mon-Fri 9a-6p so hours will fall within that timeframe.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
