Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
A Work-Intake Associate is responsible for imaging and indexing a variety of documents.
Phase 1 Imaging:
opening mail, prepping the contents for scanning, and then scanning the documents into a workflow system.
Phase 2 Indexing:
reviewing electronic images and ensuring that they are ready for downstream processing.
Indexing includes data correction, data entry, research, and identifying the appropriate work processing code.
A Work Intake Associate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet reasonable productivity targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be comfortable working with Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Excel and Word Must be able to navigate multiple computer applications and web windows simultaneously.
Must have average or better typing skills.
Must be fully proficient with reading and writing in English Experience working in an office environment and/or data entry is a plus.
