This position primarily provides support to our Senior Staff while performing administrative duties for the general office.
Duties and Responsibilities (Include but not limited to) Senior Staff calendar management and timesheet management Preparing email and other correspondence for Senior Staff Misc tasks assigned by Senior Staff Operations telephone console and routes all incoming call in a professional and courteous manner Coordinates external courier deliveries Proofread project documents & deliverables (narrative, specifications, etc.
) Inventory regulation, maintain contact list, take meeting minutes.
Administer the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
Filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning as needed.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent, Bachelors preferred Attention to detail Professional demeanor Typing at 50 plus wpm Ability to work in a complex environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Initiative to succeed.
Strongly Preferred:
Prior experience in an architectural / engineering firm and / or construction firm Job Type:
