Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Kennedy Family Law, PLLC Kennedy Family Law, PLLC Charlotte, NC Charlotte, NC Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $15 - $19 an hour $15 - $19 an hour Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors Skills - Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling calls in a professional manner Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
