Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for interacting with our customers professionally, with confidence, and in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathy Ability to think critically and problem-solve Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred
Qualifications:
Service Titan software experience HVAC or related industry experience Dispatching/scheduling experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
