Support Engineer 3 Location Requirements:
Remote Contract length - 5-18 Months on W2 Pay range:
$30/hr.
- $33/hr.
on W2 through Experis.
Our high-profile multinational technology team is seeking the support engineer.
The main function of a Support Engineer is to provide technical assistance to computer system users.
A typical Support Engineer is responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location.

Years of Experience Enterprise systems (like MSFT Azure) - 1 year min MSFT tech (outlook/teams) - 1 year min Typing skills - 50-60 WPM Job
Responsibilities:
o Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity o May install software or perform hardware testing remotely o Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors o Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities o Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Qualifications:
o Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent training required o 5-7 years' experience required o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time o Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software What's in it for me? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
