Support Engineer 3 Location Requirements:
Remote Contract length - 5-18 Months on W2 Pay range:
$30/hr.

The main function of a Support Engineer is to provide technical assistance to computer system users.
A typical Support Engineer is responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location.

Years of Experience Enterprise systems (like MSFT Azure) - 1 year min MSFT tech (outlook/teams) - 1 year min Typing skills - 50-60 WPM Job
Responsibilities:
o Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity o May install software or perform hardware testing remotely o Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors o Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities o Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Qualifications:
o Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent training required o 5-7 years' experience required o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time o Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software What's in it for me?
