eCyclesecure eCyclesecure Charlotte, NC Charlotte, NC Full-time Full-time $14 - $16 an hour $14 - $16 an hour 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Responsibilities oThis position is responsible for ensuring that asset inventory, data destruction, and related tasks are executed effectively and efficiently and performing these tasks individually and with other ITAD department personnel oThe tasks must be performed securely, accurately, and in a timely manner to meet internal controls and customer expectations oData destruction in particular carries significant privacy, liability and other risks for the company and its customers oAccurately capture and upload all relevant device information into Itad's inventory management system oThis includes; finding the serial number and the manufacturer on a computer, possibly removing hardware oData wiping to ensure the client's equipment is wiped clean using various erasure solutions oAudit assets based physical condition, internal components, etc oPrioritize workloads accordingly according to deadlines and due dates between each of Itad's customers oAdhere to strict data sanitization and destruction procedures & regulations when processing data-bearing assets oMaintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the department Preserve technical skills through participation and ongoing training Requirements:
Qualifications oBasic knowledge of a wide variety of office and enterprise-grade IT equipment oEducation - High school diploma / Professional Credentials oVery strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness oExcellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills oAbility to prioritize in a constantly changing work load oStrong interpersonal skills and ability to excel as part of a team oAble to use sound judgment in determining priorities and enlisting the support of other internal groups to prevent any issues and achieve the best results oAbility to work on feet for most of shift and lift heavy oGSuite proficiency Please note that this is an entry-level position, so we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their technical skills.
