As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspecting Inventory:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Record and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate parties.
Inventory Management:
Organize and maintain inventory by properly labeling, shelving, and tracking products.
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Shipping and Receiving:
Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents.
Work closely with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Report and address any quality issues promptly.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
Follow safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
