40 / week General Description The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily workflow by communicating with Customer Service, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Lead(s), Drivers, and any other related parties regarding the the fulfillment of all Pax customer orders.
Primary Responsiblities Receives customer orders from Customer Service and communicates effectively regarding them via telephone and electronic methods Sends paperwork timely to Customer Service for all completed orders Interfaces with drivers coming to pick-up/deliver product Inspects all paperwork for orders being received and shipped; checks for discrepancies between driver and Pax paperwork Submits purchase orders for supplies Accepts deliveries of company supplies and sends packing slips to the appropriate party upon their receipt Keeps WMS current regarding order status and inventory.
Assists with inventory cycle counts as needed.
Assists in writing up receiving planners as needed Keeps administrative office clean and organized Reports any issues regarding Pax orders, personnel, equipment, inventory, etc.
