Job Description:
We are hiring for a Telecommunications program within our Charlotte Call Center.
We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to provide resolution to our clients customers, majority by written communication, while making balanced decisions to protect the clients brand.
This is a Work In Office position.
Job Details:
Pay starts at $18/hr.
plus performance bonuses.
WORK ONSITE POSITION.
Must be able to work nights and weekends and live within driving distance of our Charlotte location.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Think critically, understand/solve problems.
Use technology/instruments/tools/information systems.
Adapt to frequent interruptions, changes in priorities.
Articulate/Comprehend verbal and written information.
Work under specific instructions.
At least 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
Basic technical support experience with mobile devices.
HS Diploma or GED/equivalent.
Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes or procedure changes.
