(VUI), we are seeking to add you to our team in a full-time capacity in Charlotte, NC.
At VUI, you would contribute to the current Office Support team that is supporting our internal sales team and customers.
What do you need for this opportunity? Availability Monday - Friday 9am EST - 5:
30pm EST (Hybrid after training) Have experience in customer service Have used QuickBooks Have some collections experience How you'll make a difference:
Respond to customer service inquiries and purchase order Create and send invoices using QuickBooks Collecting Past due payments from AP departments Processing new customer enrollments Inputting and categorizing contractor expense for reimbursement Auditing company files and updating customer and employee information Who are we? We are a team of passionate individuals that support the medical device CELT.
Our team sales and supports doctors with the CELT to facilities across the United States.
