The Business Control Manager will be the liaison between the Business and the Technology teams.
This person will be communicating with the teams while making these project plans from scratch! The team is looking for someone with an information security risk background with very strong excel skills to be able to make these plans! Required Qualifications:
This person will work hand in hand with the Business Controls Specialist and creating the business operation model as things progress with the technology side.
This role will look at how we manage engagement with external banks and onboard them internally and the infrastructure with user access of those external banks and governance of how we handle the security risks.
Must have heavy Excel and strong ability to communicate with IT (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Macros), not SQL required but will need to be able to translate business requirements to IT and ensure that IT understands and can accomplish them.
Must have experience building Business Operating Models- operating model would be able to lay out a format for how a new account gets onboarded, how do we figure out its onboarded completely, how do we implement the requirements for new accounts, how do those requirements change how we may engage with a new account, how do we provision the access of that new account, how can we centralize the model just laid out.
Experience with application security and access security.
If our applications are visited 2 million times this person needs to be able to understand how are we using those applications, are their risks involved with this much access, what are the existing controls we need to put in place and can we centralize those controls for our GIS Horizontal Strong relationship building and Information Security Risk background - this person needs to understand how to interpret policy and what we are being measured on.
They need to be able to engage with the businesses who each have stakeholders within and be able to work with those stakeholders' risk tolerances.

Qualifications:
Third Party Risk Management is needed from a communication style perspective but this work is all for internal GIS policy so they don't need any vendor or procurement type of experience Frequently Asked Questions:
