Marshall Air Systems works Monday - Thursday, 10 hours shifts.

We are looking for a bright, energetic individual with superior communication and people skills.
This individual would need to be able to be in constant motion for 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday.
An excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel functions is a must.
This position supervises and coordinates the production assembly.
Plans, delegates and critique assignments of production assemblers.
Research and implement best practices for assembly line layout, mechanization, and automation to reduce cost of manufacturing.
Responsible for efficiency of assembly lines and meeting production schedules.
Sets up standards of performance, measures progress, controls workflow, recommends personnel needs, analyzes problems and recommends corrective actions.
Minimum 5 years experience in field.
Specific Duties:
Follow and enforce all Company Procedures.
Strict adherence to confidentiality agreement.
Require minimal supervision for daily activities.
The overall job schedules and priorities will be set by the production schedule and by new product development projects.
Ensure all assembly employees follow established procedures for product assembly.
Display good verbal and written communication skills in dealing with employees and Management.
Communicate ideas, problems and instructions with other departments to Supervisor as needed.
Review for accuracy the bill of materials, assembly instructions, checklists, owner's manuals and any related documentation for all products.
Work on multiple projects in an organized and accurate manner.
Assembly line layout for products.
Oversees schedule on day-to-day basis.
Purchased Parts follow up and schedule JIT.
Ensure ECR completed properly and submitted to Engineering promptly.
Supervise training and development of new assembly employees.
Work with Plant Supervisor in assuring the production schedule is met.
Back up to Plant Supervisor when he is out.
Assist in quarterly physical inventory.
Close attention to detail, organizational skills and regular work hours, and sometimes additional hours, are required for this position.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
