AIM Production ManagerJOB SUMMARYTo perform production activities concerned with AIM Data Collection, Processing, and QC Services performed at the Regional AIM Operations Center as well as those performed at other division locations within the Region or any on-site customer locations where AIM Services are being performed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Plan and direct production activities and established production priorities for projects in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
Coordinate with ARC Service Centers, AIM Centers and external vendors to capture data.
Perform Quality Assurance for the data that had been captured at various internal and external locations.
Perform Quality Control Activities, Data Normalization Activities and Data Preparation Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with project specifications and operating or production problems.
Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems, improve product quality and workflow.
Revise production schedules and clarify priorities as the result of operating problems.
Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
RESPONSIBILITES & EXPECTATIONS Check for accuracy and ensure quality assurance of data.
Maintain time and production records.
Confer with other managers to coordinate activities of individual departments and branches.
Abide by all company rules and regulations, including those set forth in the Employee Handbook.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Profile Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Working knowledge of software applications such as Word and Excel.
Must have at least two years of data entry experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
