Our company was recently awarded a major contract with a very large customer in Charlotte and we need to hire several experienced hot and cold side commercial food equipment technicians.

We are also warranty service providers for many of the major equipment manufacturers.
We are looking for experienced commercial kitchen equipment service technicians that will be responsible for carrying out general repairs, warranty repairs and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Three years experience in repairing and maintaining commercial food preparation equipment such as fryers, ranges, griddles, warmers, smokers, ect.
(Commercial refrigeration repair experience is welcome as well.
) Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, hoists, rigging equipment, torches and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.
) regularly and up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
Ability to climb and work from 6' ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions.
Ability to tolerate extreme environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.
Use mobile tablet to complete work/service orders and other documentation Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.
Be on call (available for after hours emergency calls) every 3rd or 4th week.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer, Ability to work independently, under pressure, and without close supervision;
