Quality Control Manager Pay:
$75,000.

00Shift:
7am-4pmThe Quality Control Manager ensures through various audits, inspections, tests, and measures that the Contractor's personnel performing under this contract follow approved procedures/directives when performing repairs to equipment, performing work under service calls, alterations, and maintenance and variety of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Implement and manage a quality management and performance tracking program that creates an atmosphere of continuous improvement within a multi-site portfolio Perform direct quality inspections in person for each location according to a schedule Lead programs to create value for client to ensure program deliveries meet or exceed expectations Direct delegated personnel in accomplishing all quality control inspections and quality management services Build successful relationships within leadership team and store representatives Ensure all quality management activities are integrated within the program's work management systems and technology (e.
g.
, CMMS, quality management software) Manage and perform inspection program that includes data accuracy, key performance indicators and physical inspections of preventive maintenance, repair services, janitorial and landscaping Collaborate with account wide team and proactively share and reapply all inspection results, non-conformance, successes and best practices.
ReportingManage and report on critical & key performance measurementPeople Management Effectively lead staff by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
Mentor, develop and train peer and direct report team members.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Think independently and problem solve Superior customer service skills and orientation Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills Strong organizational skills and collaborative style Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing reports Experience utilizing Archibus or other comparable CMMS system, specifically preventive maintenance preferred.
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and under stressful situations Education/training4 year degree in science or technical disciplineYears of relevant experienceA minimum of five (5) years enterprise level skill using a variety of automated office systems and software (e.
