About the Role:
Bloomreach is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us go to market with the latest innovations in Bloomreach Engagement, the industry-leading marketing automation platform for Commerce.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Product Marketing and the product team that founded Exponea (acquired by Bloomreach).
Your job will be to:
-Understand the market and the customer Be knowledgeable about your product and articulate our value to partners, and analysts (vendor briefings, blogs, white papers, campaigns, etc).
Perform win/loss analysis to understand market problems in order to support messaging around core differentiators Research the competitive landscape and support building collateral -Execute the go-to-market strategy Launch new features and position with prospects and customers Work with the product team to identify use cases and achieve specific goals for product launches Be the Go To Market owner of the product and provide guidance on positioning and thought leadership to the content/ PR/campaigns/demand gen team Help our field teams tell the Engagement story with illustrative use cases, GTM/sales material, pitch decks, and trainings.
-Strategize on new markets and segment Understand pipeline and win rates trends to know internal strengths Recommend new opportunities for vertical or market expansion based on product-market fit, TAM, and internal & external readiness -Ensure smooth product marketing processes Recommend and ensure best practice processes for product launches, win/loss analysis, and campaigns Drive strategic topics, cross-functional projects and lead large projects to completion with little supervision Be a senior IC within the team with the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
Your success story will be:
In 30 days, you will understand our current product capabilities, pricing, and packaging In 60 days, you will meet cross-functional stakeholders, work on product launches, perform market research, and understand the competitive landscape In 90 - 120 days, you will be comfortable taking ownership of your own product, working with internal stakeholders to determine combined goals and the best strategies to competitively position your product in the market.
You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional 5
years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success Previous product marketing experience is preferred Experience with CDP or marketing automation technologies as a user or vendor is a plus Technical aptitude and customer-focused Aptitude for storytelling and simplistically communicating technical concepts Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or technical field Personal Motivated, independent, and highly analytical Great communication and writing skills.
Public speaking experience is a plus.
Ability to contribute data-backed ideas and opinions Ability to work with a global, remote team (team members in TX, CA, CO, NY, Amsterdam, and Bratislava) Hunger to win.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$175,000.
The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
