Workforce Planning Program Manager

As a Workforce Planning Program Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of a strategic workforce program - responsible for maturing our short-term (12-month) workforce program into a long-term strategic workforce plan.
The future program will prepare us to meet our workforce needs in the next 2, 3, and 5 years as aligned to our strategy.
Experience in organizational design, talent acquisition, pipeline development, and career path planning will be of critical value to stepping into the expectations of this role.
Enterprise Security & Fraud (ES&F) Operations is responsible for fiscal governance, workforce management, key results monitoring, coordinating dependencies across the IT division, and reporting the health of the business of ES&F including its impact on the overall Vanguard security posture to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
