00pm (some Saturday hours) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE PRODUCTION MANAGER WILL INCLUDE:
Accountable for all aspects of plant performance and ensuring that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with quality requirements.
Overseeing plant activities to meet outlined business objectives.
Managing day to day operations.
Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility and operators.
Testing and monitoring plant processes.
Remain in compliance with facility standards and EHS guidelines.
Preparing, analyzing, and issuing production and performance reports.
Maintaining various administrative records.
Controlling costs to achieve company budget goals.
Managing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
Reporting directly to Executive Management Team Evaluates and submits production personnel annual performance reviews HOW ARE YOU QUALIFIED TO BE THE PRODUCTION MANAGER:
Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Electrical/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 5
years of experience with managing a manufacturing plant or warehouse is required Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals with limited to no assistance Must have prior experience with ISO9001 (2015 revision preferred) Require IPC-A-600, IPC 7711/7721, and J-STD Must have Lean and problem-solving experience Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Must have a working knowledge of OSHA requirements Must be willing to work flexible hours Recommended Skills Administration Business Correspondence Business Planning Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Occupational Safety And Health Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
