Develops and implements strategies that support the overall growth of the Product Lines; main focus for the position is on Recaustizing and Lime Kiln (White Liquor Process) areas for service, upgrades and new equipment.
This role works independently in support of sales activities with a focus on business development of assigned product lines.
This role provides senior level expertise of assigned product line and acts as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for one or more specific technologies with a focus on reliability and life-cycle maintenance and as a point of contact for internal and external customers who require technical information and/or support.
In this role, the Manager will develop sales targets and be responsible for Orders, Sales and as-executed Margins for the business.
Will develop and drive large, all types of projects from initial presentation to customers through receipt of order and assure successful outcomes.
Includes the ability to complete a process audit at a mill to identify root causes and find solutions.
Work with our other process experts as part of our liquor optimization team on opportunities.
Expectations To excel in the role you should have extensive knowledge of the entire Recaustizing and Lime Kiln (White Liquor Process) and have a solid understanding of the business environment.
You balance a desire to support and work closely with customers along with your passion for development of cutting-edge products.
Should have degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) and mill experience working in the White Liquor Plant area.
Understanding of sales and sales development plans.
