As the Digital Product Manager, you will report to the Sr.
Digital Product Manager.
You will play a crucial role in defining and supporting the creation of digital products that meet both customer and business needs.
Your focus will primarily be on snapav.
com, a B2B customer portal that offers product education, B2B commerce, product support, and business services for our customers.
You will work with business stakeholders, leaders, and technical teams in this role to translate customer needs and business goals into developing new digital features.
You will also use market and usage data to manage existing features and tools, identifying ways to enhance them and improve the overall customer experience.
You will be expected to balance creativity with a strong return on investment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
You will stay informed about market trends and technology advancements that impact your work and act as the voice of the customer within Snap One.
Your ability to understand and translate business needs into insights and requirements, and your passion for working with delivery teams to identify solutions will be essential to your success in this role.
You must also be skilled at influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership with a strong vision, strategy, and product execution.
Finally, you will work closely with business groups and stakeholders to identify go-to-market, user adoption, and value-creation targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage new digital tools, enhancements and/or fixes by having an overall understanding of business strategy, company goals, and customer goals Drive the prioritization of tools, enhancements, and fixes based on impact and strategic alignment through scoping of effort and benefit, using sound data, stakeholder input, and excellent judgment Actively participate in all stages of the development cycle (from discovery to release) for the timely implementation of the roadmap, including SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and program increment planning Act as the Product Owner within the SCRUM team Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors by leveraging analytics and customer input to create effective and sustainable solutions Closely collaborate with technology partners to create a roadmap based on customer benefit and company strategy Obtain input and buy-in for prioritization and roadmap from stakeholders, and communicate results across the organization Guide internal teams regarding questions or problems with features as needed Set goals for the adoption of critical digital capabilities, collaborate with others to create tactics to reach goals and report on progress periodically Help shape and champion the long-term vision for the snapav.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field and 2
Years of relevant work experience in product management, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration with a focus on eCommerce or 5
Years of relevant work experience in product management, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration with a focus on eCommerce Understanding of eCommerce enterprise-grade technologies Experience working in a cross-functional environment, interfacing with business partners such as IT, Product Development, Marketing, User Experience Design, Customer Service, and Sales Experience creating business cases Preferred Qualifications Experience with HCL Commerce, HCL DX, Google Analytics, FullStory, Dynamic Yield, B2B eCommerce, or a two-step distribution model (manufacturer to dealer to consumer) Familiarity with the CEDIA, Automation, IT Datacomm, Security, Commercial Integration, or Consumer Electronics industries Snap One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
