Job summary
As Senior Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative support to client-serving partners and Core Business Services (CBS) professionals, including partners and Directors. You may also give service line or engagement-specific administrative support. To achieve this, you'll use advanced administrative skills, and handle personal contacts with finesse and diplomacy. You'll also relieve top executives and engagement teams of administrative tasks, collects and analyze data and make recommendations.
In this role, you'll develop broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge in organizational policies, procedures and practices. You may also help facilitate and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others. You'll work independently, and carry out special assignments, with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Coach others, and plan and manage complex meeting and travel arrangements. This will involve gaining an in-depth knowledge of the firm's meeting, travel and expense policies and tools
Skillfully use Ernst & Young's standards, templates, branding and correspondence guidance, to format and edit letters and other documents from draft to client-ready stage
Act as a knowledge champion, to help and reinforce Ernst & Young's record retention policies
Coordinate engagement-related or other administrative work, confirming that it's of high quality and delivered on time. Share leading practices
Act as a knowledge resource in the use of Lotus Notes calendar management and Blackberry
Manage or coordinate small projects, providing cost-effective approaches
Use your strong working knowledge of relevant firm and service line quality, risk, and confidentiality policies and guidelines. Reinforce the wider use of these
Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, or client implications
Work independently
May facilitate the set-up of project plans
Be alert for any issues with quality, confidentiality or risk. Notify appropriate individuals when such issues arise
Gain advanced skill with the firm's core technology, and applications
Serve as a coach to others
Develop advanced skills with internal knowledge tools, e.g., Community HomeSpace, Community of Interest, and Community Knowledge Repository websites
Act as a knowledge resource for firmwide and service line processes and tools: e.g., Standard Tracking and Reporting System (STARS), Global Tool for Acceptance (GTAC), Global Accounting and Auditing Information Tool (GAAIT), Tax Practice Guidance and Tool (TPG&T;), eDocs, and internal accounting tools
Knowledge and skills requirements
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication

Highly skilled at working with financial management associates, schedulers, and other internal resources. Ability to collaborate on finance, scheduling, or other operational support matters and related tools/reports
Competent at resolving complex problems, with strong analytical skills, and proficiency in research techniques

Experience
A minimum of 5 or more years of related business experience
Education
Associate degree, or appropriate formal training in a related discipline, or equivalent business experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
