I am currently recruiting for the following openings:
Executive Assistant
The company is expanding and possesses a great reputation within the manufacturing industry.
This is a full time position (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

The individual we seek for this position should meet the following requirements:
Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening.
Must possess a verifiable employment history of success, with minimal or no gaps in employments.
Reporting to the CFO, the Executive Administrator performs a wide range of advanced, administrative support duties for executive management requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. In meeting accountability, the Executive Administrator is responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality and decorum and is required to use excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external clients.
Internally, frequent contact with all employees is required. Externally, the Executive Administrator will be in contact with customers, distributors and other people within the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Prepare and distribute both routine and non-routine correspondence, memorandum, report summaries, etc. as needed with the utmost professionalism and accuracy to the organization, customers and external community.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, contacts and schedules (including flagging and correcting schedule conflicts or changes), plans meetings (onsite and offsite), coordinate and confirm complex travel arrangements and related activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business.
Provide administrative support to the executives in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control, and invoice/expense reporting.
Event planning to include support for team meetings, off-sites and corporate events.
Participate in corporate staff meetings and prepares/distributes accurate and timely minutes of meetings.
Stay informed of company policies and procedures; answer related internal and external questions within authority and policy.
Resolve, counsel or refer appropriately, routine and complex complaints and/or issues received both internally and externally.
Ensure that all executives are supported and that the corporate workflow is uninterrupted and completed accurately and timely.
Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of Executive Team members, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing company-wide events.
Manage and comply with expense budget requirements established for executive department.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor consistent with the image of Combat Medical Systems.
On a limited basis, travel to various overnight locations may be required.
Maintain confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, pricing information and other business proprietary information.
Perform light personal errands and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

years previousExecutive Administrativeexperience supporting two or more C-level Executives preferred.
A polished professional demeanor and etiquette is required.
Ability to interface well with all departments within the company and represent the Executive Team in a highly professional, confident and poised manner.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both internally and with customers and external contacts to the organization.
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
Must demonstrate sound judgment, maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and be able to effectively handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.
Must have experience in working with corporate telephone systems.
Work Environment:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will mostly work out of the main office location with light travel. The office is equipped with heat and air-conditioning. The environment may be busy, noisy at certain and hours and will need excellent organizational skills to complete required tasks. Training Requirements:
The employee must be trained on all of the documents, procedures, software applications and topics listed in the Skills Matrix. Documentation of this training will be maintained with Human Resources. Additional training requirements may be added as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
