Must have high volume experience in fresh from scratch concept. Mexican styled experience preferred. Great leadership skills, consistent and long term work history. Proven leader with results. High standard for sanitation. Ability to take direction from owners and executives. Recruit, train and develop team members in culinary arts. Ability to handle stress and maintain self control in stressful situations. Hands-on leader able to jump in wherever needed!
Minimum 2 years experience in Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen manager role
Ability to pass background, drug and driving record screening.
