RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
The Junior Recruiter?s primary responsibility will be to source for additional and yet to be uncovered candidates for TRU to represent. The Junior Recruiter will learn the nuances of TRU?s value proposition to potential candidates and learn how to source, identify, vet, and deliver said talent to internal and external hiring managers. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, and successfully engaging CANDIDATES in the AmLaw 300+, Fortune 1000, and eDiscovery service provider and consulting space. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for securing ?FRESH CANDIDATE? calls, meetings, and appointments with potential CANDIDATES on a daily basis for the organization, of all skill and experience levels, including but not limited to Litigation Support Analysts, Project Managers, Specialists, Managers, Directors, eDiscovery attorneys, Forensic Examiners, eDiscovery Sales professionals and more.
The Junior Recruiter will communicate the significant value proposition of TRU?s entire portfolio of services including CONTINGENCY PERM, TEMP, TEMP2PERM, and RETAINED search and instill confidence among CANDIDATES with personal credibility and experience regarding TRU?s footprint and dominance in the eDiscovery space. The Junior Recruiter will be required to become a subject matter expert on the eDiscovery staffing marketplace, including salary ranges, position requirements, and forecasting of trends with regards to both.
Additionally, the Jr recruiter will daily check blogs, posts, Monster boards, Job boards, LinkedIn groups, and more for potential job opportunities that the company can solicit for engagement. The Junior Recruiter will actively seek new means of lead generation and will feed development opportunities to the President and the regional managers.
The Junior Recruiter will also learn the ins and outs of the Administrative Operations, including interacting with clients to schedule candidate interviews, coordinating documentation and reference checks, sending birthday/placement anniversary emails, creating vCards, and data entry.
The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for proting the TRU brand, vision, and active opportunities through social media outreach, including the company?s Twitter, HootSuite, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
The Executive Assistant/Junior Recruiter will become an expert in TRU?s recruiting database, Bullhorn, and assist in improving the interface and analysis of Bullhorn data. Experience with Bullhorn is a plus.
The Junior Recruiter must work effectively as a team member with the President, the COO/CFO, the National Operations Manager, and all other Recruiters and Account Managers within the company.
The Junior Recruiter must be highly organized and prepared to articulate their process and progress to the President in both written and oral form or a daily basis.

75% candidate recruiting
5% research/lead generation

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a salaried position with a potential for commission based on performance.
This position will be mostly working remotely, and partially working from the office of the President.
Travel for conferences and other business meetings is required (about 5-10%).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
