The successful candidate will have 10
years experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of IT related software and license agreements. Candidates with recent in-house experience (retail industry) handling matters related to e-commerce and technology transactions are preferred. Hours will vary by week depending on the workload. This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys who have their own transactional practices and are looking to augment their workload.
