Siteminder Engineer/Architect

The Sr. Engineer/Architect will act as a recognized expert in translating operational business needs through developing and implementing the information technology architecture and design for a system around SiteMinder.
II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS:
This position reports to Manager of Identity and Access Management and is a key position within the Identity Management group which is responsible for various identity and access management technologies across the enterprise.

III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Design and implement Enterprise level Authentication and Single Sign-on solutions
2. Develop new solutions based on requirements and analysis
3. Design and configure CA IdM components including resource adapters and synchronization
4. Test and troubleshoot Identity Management components and provide support and implementation resources.
5. Day to day care and feeding of CA Siteminder, Identity Minder and Arcot Products
IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years experience.
2. 1-3
years technical expertise with CA Siteminder Product. It?s imperative to have experience with R6 and R12.
3. Must have hands on deployment experience CA Siteminder and its major components both on Windows and UNIX
a. Experience with application server agent on websphere, weblogic and IIS
b. Siteminder application integration experience
c. Policy development and rule writing
d. Strong troubleshooting skills
e. Team Player with the ability to work under pressure
4. Proven technical expertise providing enterprise Identity Management Solutions i.e. Access Management, Web and/or Client/Desktop Integration experience.
5. Technical programming background (J2EE, C++, JAVA, XML, PERL, etc.).
6. Must have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to multitask
7. Solid understanding of identity management, single sign on, and security concepts.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills
9. Must be able to interact with technical levels within the organization.
10. Strong leadership qualities are a must
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
