The candidate will provide in house legal services to the investment operations of Global Real Estate. Will serve in structuring advice. Serve in negotiation, review and analysis of contracts, joint venture agreements and financing documents. Conducting or supervising legal due diligence, supervising outside counsel and coordinating with tax and other consultants. Work closely within a business team, understand business strategies and coordinate with multiple disciplines, including accounting, audit, tax, compliance and risk.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
