The candidate will assist in transactions involving the representation of financial institutions, such as commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, the purchase and sale of servicing rights, defeasances and large scale finance transactions. Prior experience representing financial institutions in their roles as issuer, trustee, master servicer or special servicer is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
